Good Afternoon!
I am writing to extend an invitation for your agencies participation in the 1st Annual “Halloween Spooktacular” service fair on Tuesday October 30th, 2018 from 3-5pm.
The event will be held inside the Community Building, located at 317 Park View Knoll, in Carmichaels PA.
The purpose of the event is to reach out to the community to provide information on getting supports and services to assist them with their mental health and/or drug and alcohol needs.
The event will be set up for the children to “trick or treat” as they walk through the room, so we are also asking that vendors please provide a small activity for the children to take part in as they visit your table as well as a treat (could be candy, crackers, a small toy, etc) for all participates who attend, please be sure to include your agency information as well.
A group of professionals that provide support services for children and their families will be staffing the event.
The celebration will include refreshments, trick or treating for the kids, interactive games, and a Halloween costume contest.
Registrants are also encouraged to dress up!
Exhibit space is free and available on first come first serve basis. Set up for exhibitors begins at 2:00 pm. Registration and exhibits begin at 3:00pm.
