The Carmichaels Area High School art club consists of talented students in grades 9 through 12, and is directed by Mr. Robert Watson. Each year, whether it be your first or fourth in the class, there are always new fascinating techniques to learn. This class teaches its students to express creativity and taking risks while trying your own techniques. Each year, the art students here at Carmichaels work on a variety of different projects. Some projects include pen and ink, pastels, charcoal, oil painting, clay sculpting, pottery, and glass etching. The art club tries to get out into the community at times and decorate local businesses for the many different holidays. They will soon be decorating Fox's Pizza Den in Carmichaels for Valentines Day, so be on the look out.
