Senior
High Lab

There are three
labs that combine to make the Senior High Lab. The first lab, 202-C contains 51
Dell opti-plex 110 computers.
They are all equipped with a 466 mHz processor with
and 256 megabytes of RAM, a
20 GB hard drive, and a 17" monitor. The lab also contains one Xerox Docu
Print N3225 printer that prints 40 pages a minute.
202-B, the second lab,
contain 26 of the Dell opti-plex 110's, carry the same specifications
as the 202-C lab. |

The third lab,
202-A, contains 24 GX50's, each of which are complete with 256 megabytes
of RAM, a 20 GB hard drive, have 1.6 mHz processor, and a 17" monitor.
This lab also
contains CD burners, a scanner.
This lab is used
primarily
by Mr. Briggs for the Computer Applications, Webpage, C++, and Visual Basic classes. |

These labs serve a wide variety of
purposes. Teachers are able to integrate more technology into their lesson
plans and can provide students with the opportunity to research a wider
variety of information
Programs such as "Type to Learn",
"Accelerated Reader", and "Cognitive Tutor" place students in an innovative
environment to hone their math, reading, and typing skills.
