* Carmichaels Elementary and Junior High students, in grades 5-8, compete with five other schools in the Tri-County Academic League at the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels.  Junior High Academic League participates in an academic competition in a fast answer "quiz bowl" format. In addition, members of the Academic League also participate in Student Forum and Problem Solving activities throughout the school year.
